We pride ourselves on being patient-focused and take a full case history, perform a thorough examination and provide advice and treatment to help prevent further recurrences. Our osteopathic practice aims to treat your pain and improve your condition as quickly as possible by giving effective, safe and reliable treatment. Kim Burnett Newbury Osteopath

Anisha Joshi

Anisha Joshi is an award-winning Osteopath who enjoys treating a wide range of patients from teenagers to the elderly. She has 15 years experience and treats her patients with a structural approach, but she also uses lifestyle advice, exercise, kinesio taping, shockwave therapy, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation) and coaching skills to relieve pain.

Helping and educating people to manage their own pain is really important to her, so she shares advice, and information on Instagram as @Osteoanisha. Anisha has also worked with companies, celebrities, and media outlets to provide expertise and insights as an Osteopath. She has written numerous articles, given talks and is the resident Osteopath on ITV’s This Morning.

Anisha’s unique skill set lies in her ability to listen and provide a holistic tailored to treatment to her patients.

Outside of her practise Anisha enjoys working out, going to the cinema and socialising with family and friends over a nice dinner.

Mel Harrison Newbury Osteopath

Melanie Harrison BOst

Mel trained to be an osteopath at Oxford Brookes University and has since incorporated cranial osteopathy into her practice. Mel has gained experience treating a wide range of conditions including acute and chronic back pain, postural pain, sport injuries and headaches. She has a particular interest in treating those with physical disabilities and has previously researched lower limb amputees and prosthetic use.

Kim Burnett

Kim has now retired and has handed over operation of The Natural Health Centre to Anisha Joshi.

She would like to thank her patients for their kind messages and support regarding her retirement.

With Anisha, who graduated from the same institution as Kim, the Clinic is in safe hands and patients will be able to enjoy the same quality and style of treatment that they have experienced for the previous 35 years.

Fees

New patient appointments last up to 45 minutes with Anisha and 60 minutes with Mel  and cost £65.00. Subsequent appointments which last approximately 30 minutes cost £50.00. Hour long treatment appointments are available if requested and cost £80.00

Private medical insurance will cover the costs of some treatments. Please check in advance with your insurance provider.

A fee may be charged for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
